EVALUATION METHOD OF TERRAIN MONITORING EFFICIENCY BY MEANS OF UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES

Abstract

In order to increase the efficiency of terrain monitoring (sensing) by means of unmanned aerial vehicles, a method has been proposed for determining the rational trajectories of their flight when performing tasks for surveillance of sectors of the terrain, facilities, etc., and their operational correction. The model of surveillance over the sectors of the terrain has been worked out and considered in order to solve this problem in the context of solving tasks on the state border guarding. The measure of effectiveness concerning the surveillance performance by means of an unmanned aerial vehicle has been proposed when it is located at different points of the airspace. The calculation method of the introduced measure of monitoring efficiency has been proposed.

З метою підвищення ефективності моніторингу (зондування) місцевості із застосуванням безпілотних літальних апаратів запропонована методика визначення раціональних траєкторій їх польоту при виконанні задач із спостереження за ділянками місцевості, об’єктами, тощо та їх оперативного корегування. Для вирішення цього питання розроблена та розглянута, на прикладі вирішення задач по охороні державного кордону, модель спостереження за ділянкою місцевості на основі якої запропонований показник ефективності здійснення спостереження з безпілотного літального апарату при його знаходженні в різних точках повітряного простору. Запропонована методика розрахунку введеного показника ефективності моніторингу.

З целью повышения эффективности мониторинга (зондирования) местности с применением беспилотных летательных аппаратов предложена методика определения рациональных траекторий их полета при выполнении задач по наблюдению за участками местности, объектами и т.д. и их оперативной корректировки. Для решения этого вопроса разработана и рассмотрена на примере решения задач по охране государственной границы, модель наблюдения за участком местности, на основе которой предложен показатель эффективности осуществления наблюдения с беспилотного летательного аппарата при его нахождении в разных точках воздушного пространства. Предложенна методика расчета введенного показателя эффективности наблюдения.
