Abstract

В статье изложены основные проблемные вопросы понимания и применения статей 121 и 122 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации, а именно проблема определения объекта преступления, способа совершения данных преступлений, формы вины и другие. Авторами предложены пути решения указанных проблем.
