Abstract

В данной статье рассмотрена последовательность формирования глубины резания на каждом обороте заготовки в разных сечениях по всей длине обрабатываемой поверхности, имеющей различную податливость на примере наружного врезного шлифования круглой заготовки. В результате становится возможным многократное моделирование процесса съема припуска на каждом обороте заготовки в течение всего цикла шлифования, что позволяет не только прогнозировать точности обработки уже существующих циклов, но и проектировать оптимальные циклы шлифования, гарантирующие стабильность показателей точности и качества при обработке партии детали.
