Mejora del Proceso de e- recruitment

Abstract

Actualmente el proceso de reclutamiento se ve afectado por cambios sociales y tecnológicos. Aunque muchas empresas han decidido apostar por aplicar cambios en sus procesos de gestión del reclutamiento, mientras que otras muchas empresas han retrasado el cambio, impulsando pequeñas modificaciones que no han favorecido la adaptación total a las nuevas tecnologías. Así, el e-recruitment surge como un canal que conecta al ofertante con el demandante a través de Internet. En el presente trabajo, analizamos el proceso de reclutamiento de la empresa “Personal 7 ETT”, tras el cual se propone un proceso de implantación de e-recruitment a través de la aplicación Bizneo HR. El trabajo propone objetivos y acciones de implantación para que sean realizadas desde el mes de junio hasta el mes de diciembre del año 2021.
