Abstract

This capstone report focuses on the potential for a librarium- a cross between a library and an aquarium. It describes both the need and placement of such a facility/program in its beginning stages. This capstone encompasses a three-pronged approach: background literature to find the past research on learning and aquariums; experimental design to elucidate if books play a role in the aquarium experience; and analysis of library and aquarium distribution to determine potential librarium sites.
