Abstract

Prikazani su rezultati mjerenja jednočestične i kolektivne vodljivosti kristala potpuno deuteriranog sistema (1-D,4-D,2,5-(CD3)2-DCNQI)2Cu i djelomično deuteriranog sistema [(2,5-(CH3)2-DCNQI)0.70-(2,5-(CD3)2-DCNQI)0.30]2Cu koji na niskim temperaturama pokazuju stanje N=3 sumjerljivog vala gustoće naboja. Dobiveni su očekivani fazni prijelazi prvog reda između metalne i izolatorske faze praćeni histerezom, ali pojedinačni slučajevi neočekivanog izostanka ili pojave izolatorske faze zahtijevaju daljnje istraživanje kako bi se jasnije odredila priroda stabiliziranja faza. Rezultati mjerenja nelinearne vodljivosti pokazali su jasno uočljivo polje praga EP reda 1 V/cm uz slab učinak nelinearnosti, a na nižim temperaturama EP je raslo sve do 10--100 V/cm. Ovi rezultati zajedno s rezultatima niskofrekventne dielektrične spektroskopije ukazuju na domensku strukturu izolatorske faze blizu faznog prijelaza u kojoj metalni otoci djeluju kao domenski zidovi u nasumičnoj pozadini izolatorske faze VGNa. Kad se na nižim temperaturama uspostavi dugodosežno uređenje VGNa u cijelom kristalu, dolazi do povećanja EP do vrijednosti 10--100 V/cm očekivanih za sumjerljivi VGN reda sumjerljivosti N=3. S povećanjem EP na niskim temperaturama raste i učinak nelinearnosti što nije uobičajeno za VGN jer kod nesumjerljivog VGNa s porastom EP na niskim temperaturama dolazi do iščezavanja učinka nelinearnosti, a isto je opaženo i za N=4 VGN kod DCNQI-Li.
