SmartMoving: una aplicación para peatones con movilidad reducida.

Abstract

En la ciudad de Asunción existen problemas de movilidad urbana. Uno de los problemas es el estado de las veredas, por falta de rampas, existencia de desniveles, obstrucciones, entre otros. En este trabajo presentamos la herramienta SmartMoving, que recolecta información sobre el estado de las veredas, con ayuda de la ciudadanía, y recomienda caminos peatonales con menos obstáculos. SmartMoving es una aplicación móvil que puede ser especialmente útil para personas con movilidad reducida. En ese sentido, la aplicación fue probada por personas que usan sillas de ruedas. La evaluación de usabilidad que realizaron arrojó resultados preliminares positivos.
