THE METHODS OF SUPPORT FOR HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract

In this article there were reviewed and analyzed the experiences of such EU countries as Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Czechia, Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria. There was carried out a comparative analysis of the HDI (Human Development Index) indicators, minimal wages and pensions, socioeconomic expenses in the aforecited EU countries and in Ukraine, in order to determine the main impact factors on the development of the human capital in a country. There were determined the main competitive advantages of the national economy in the international environment. В статье рассмотрен и проанализирован опыт таких стран ЕС как Словакия, Венгрия, Хорватия, Чехия, Польша, Румыния, Литва, Латвия, Эстонии и Болгария. Проведен сравнительный анализ составляющих ИЧР (индекс человеческого развития), минимальных зарплат и пенсий, социально-экономических расходов вышеупомянутых стран ЕС и Украины с целью определения основных факторов влияния на развитие человеческого капитала в стране. Определены основные конкурентные преимущества национальной экономики в международной среде. В статті розглянутий та проаналізований досвід таких країн ЄС як: Словаччина, Угорщина, Хорватія, Чехія, Польща, Румунія, Литва, Латвія, Естонія та Болгарія. Проведений порівняльний аналіз складових ІЛР (індекс людського розвитку), мінімальних зарплат і пенсій, соціально–економічних видатків вищезазначених країн ЄС та України з метою визначення основних факторів впливу на розвиток людського капіталу у країні. Визначені основні конкурентні переваги національної економіки у міжнародному середовищі.
