MOTIVATIONAL SPHERE OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION TEACHERS

Abstract

The article deals with the essence and content of the concept of «professional self-realization»; the relationship between professional activity and motivation is indicated. The main features, components and functions of the motivational sphere are outlined. The importance of professional motivation is emphasized, which acts as a driving force for the development of professionalism and creates favorable conditions for the self-realization of teachers of higher education institutions in their professional activities. У статті розглянуто сутність і зміст поняття «професійна самореалізація»; вказано на взаємозв’язок між професійною діяльністю та мотивацією. Окреслено основні риси, компоненти та функції мотиваційної сфери. Наголошено на важливості професійної мотивації, яка виступає рушійною силою розвитку професіоналізму та створює сприятливі умови для самореалізації викладачів закладів вищої освіти у професійній діяльності.
