
The article presents an analysis of the impact of distance working on worker longevity. Within the framework of the study, various aspects of distance working are examined, including its characteristics, nature, working conditions, and the influence of work-related psychosocial factors. The research findings highlight the need for further development of distance working and the creation of favorable conditions for its implementation. In particular, the article suggests ways to improve labor legislation concerning distance working. Proposed amendments to Article 312.4 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation are also discussed.
