ORGANIZATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES IN SPORTS SECTIONS AND CLUBS FOR CHILDREN OF SCHOOL AND PRESCHOOL AGE

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается актуальная проблема организации занятий физической культурой среди детейдошкольного возраста в рамках спортивных секций и кружков. Физическая активность играет ключевую роль в физическом и эмоциональном развитии детей, поэтому эффективная организация занятий становится приоритетной задачей. Основной целью исследования является выявление оптимальных методов организации занятий физической культурой для детей, направленных на максимизацию пользы и учебного эффекта. Для достижения этой цели поставлены следующие задачи: анализ существующих методик и программ физической активности для детей; изучение психофизиологических особенностей развития детей школьного и дошкольного возраста; оценка эффективности организации занятий физической культурой в различных форматах, таких как спортивные секции и кружки. Для достижения поставленных целей используется комплексный подход, включающий в себя анализ литературных источников, опрос родителей в онлайн формате с использованием Googleформы в качестве площадки, а также наблюдения за занятиями в спортивных секциях и кружках.Ожидается, что результаты исследования выявят оптимальные подходы к организации занятий физической культурой для детей школьного и дошкольного возраста. Эти результаты могут быть использованы для разработки рекомендаций для тренеров и педагогов, а также для улучшения образовательных программ в области физической активности детей.

This article discusses the actual problem of organizing physical education classes among preschool children within the framework of sports sections and clubs. Physical activity plays a key role in the physical and emotional development of children, so effective organization of classes becomes a priority. The main purpose of the study is to identify the optimal methods of organizing physical education for children, aimed at maximizing the benefits and educational effect. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set: analysis of existing methods and programs of physical activity for children; study of psychophysiological features of the development of children of school and preschool age; assessment of the effectiveness of organizing physical education classes in various formats, such as sports sections and clubs. To achieve these goals, an integrated approach is used, including the analysis of literary sources, an online survey of parents using Google forms as a platform, as well as monitoring classes in sports sections and clubs. It is expected that the results of the study will reveal the optimal approaches to the organization of physical education for children of school and preschool age. These results can be used to develop recommendations for coaches and educators, as well as to improve educational programs in the field of physical of children.
