Abstract

Статья раскрывает особенности подготовки будущих специалистов к профессиональной деятельности, осуществляемой в условиях взаимодействия вузовских преподавателей и представителей работодателей. Основное внимание уделяется целевым, содержательным и процессуальным характеристикам образовательного процесса, которые претерпевают существенные изменения под влиянием такого рода взаимодействия, а также оптимизирующим его педагогическим условиям.
