Abstract

Tasavallan presidentti Mauno Koivisto antoi keväällä 1990 lausunnon, joka avasi paluumuuton idästä. Paluumuuttajia olivat inkerinsuomalaiset, mutta mukana oli myös muita suomalaista syntyperää olevia. Heihin lukeutuivat myös suomalaista Neuvosto-Karjalaa rakentamaan menneet ja heidän jälkeläisensä.
