Abstract

Hoy en día, el desperdicio alimentario es un problema que afecta a nivel mundial. Según la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), el 17% de los alimentos disponibles para los consumidores se desperdician en los hogares, restaurantes y comercios minoristas. Estas prácticas tienen impactos negativos en términos económicos, sociales y medioambientales. Por ello, es crucial abordar este desafío y trabajar en reducir el desperdicio de alimentos de manera que se garantice una distribución más equitativa y sostenible de los recursos alimentarios a nivel global. El objetivo del siguiente estudio es analizar la actitud de los consumidores frente al desperdicio de alimentos en los hogares de Pamplona y su comarca. Se empleará una encuesta para recopilar datos, los cuales serán analizados utilizando técnicas estadísticas. El propósito será obtener conclusiones sobre el desperdicio alimentario en los hogares de Pamplona y su comarca.

Nowadays, food waste is a global problem. According to the United Nations (UN), 17% of the food available to consumers is wasted in households, restaurants and retail outlets. These practices have negative economic, social and environmental impacts. It is therefore crucial to address this challenge and work on reducing food waste in a way that ensure a more equitable and sustainable distribution of food resources globally. The aim of the following study is to analyze consumer attitudes towards food waste in household in Pamplona and the surrounding aera. A survey will be used to collect data, which will be analyzed using statistical techniques. The purpose will be to draw conclusions about food waste in household in Pamplona.
