Fungicidi u zaštiti bilja i rezidue

Abstract

Priručnik „Fungicidi u zaštiti bilja i rezidue“ daje temeljne spoznaje o bolestima biljaka i fungicidima, njihovoj važnosti, djelovanju, mogućnostima primjene u integriranoj zaštiti bilja, fenomenu rezistentnosti patogena na fungicide kao i reziduama fungicida u hrani. Kultivirane biljke napadaju različiti uzročnici bolesti koji, ovisno o stadiju razvoja i dijelu biljke koji je napadnut, prorjeđuju sklop, usporavaju rast i razvoj biljaka ili čak uzrokuju njihovo uginuće. Sve to dovodi do smanjenja količine i/ili kakvoće uroda. Kako bi se gubitci uslijed pojave bolesti sveli na najmanju moguću mjeru primjenjuju se različite mjere zaštite – od preventivnih do kurativnih. U okviru provedbe mjera zaštite od bolesti fungicidi i danas imaju vrlo značajnu ulogu. Dakako, to ne znači da fungicide možemo koristiti bez ikakve kontrole i potrebe, „za svaki slučaj“ i kada su nam na raspolaganju nepesticidne mjere. Integrirana zaštita bilja je ono čemu se teži u suvremenoj poljoprivredi, a obuhvaća niz mjera i postupaka kojima se smanjuje uporaba fungicida. Iako se niti u integriranoj proizvodnji ne može u potpunosti izbjeći njihova uporaba, kemijskoj zaštiti se pribjegava kada se nepesticidnim mjerama ne mogu spriječiti značajne gospodarske štete u količini i/ili kakvoći uroda. Rezistentnost patogena na fungicide je pojava postepenog snižavanja djelotvornosti na određenu gljivičnu vrstu. U priručniku su opisani čimbenici koji utječu na pojavu rezistentnosti kao i mjere kojima možemo usporiti ili čak spriječili njezin razvoj. Količina ostataka (rezidua) fungicida u hrani je s javno zdravstvenog stajališta iznimno važna te smo stoga u priručniku prikazali dostupne rezultate istraživanja provedenih u Hrvatskoj. Obzirom da je priručnik dio IPA projekta „Doprinos poljoprivrede čistom okolišu i zdravoj hrani“ nadamo se da će njegov sadržaj biti koristan svim poljoprivrednim proizvođačima uključenim u realizaciju projekta.
