Metode ocjene efikasnosti ulaganja u javni sektor

Abstract

Svrha ovog rada je dati pregled o javnom sektoru i njegovim funkcijama u svakodnevnom životu građana, razlozima ubrzanog porasta javnih rashoda i sve većim potrebama građana. U radu se obrađuje cost-benefit analiza, cost-effectiveness analiza, input-output analiza, metoda linearnog programiranja kao analitičke metode pomoću kojih se procjenjuje efikasnost javne potrošnje. Na kraju ovog rada daje se pregled o teoriji javnih izbora i financiranju javnog sektora u visokorazvijenim zemljama svijeta, definiranje teorije javnih izbora i njen odnos prema financiranju javnog sektora.
