Radni odnosi u OPG-u

Abstract

Početkom travnja ove godine stupio je na snagu Zakon o obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu. O tome kakav je radno-pravni položaj zaposlenih u okviru takva organizacijskog oblika te ostalih s time povezanih specifičnosti i o pitanjima glede ovrhe, pišemo u nastavku članka. Pozornost se posvećuje samo navedenim pitanja, bez razmatranja ostalih odredaba toga Zakona.
