
U radu se raspravlja o korovima kao čimbeniku proizvodnje krumpira u Hrvatskoj. Navode se korovne vrste koje najčešće zakorovljavaju krumpir, njihov utjecaj na prinos i njihova uloga u prenošenju bolesti i virusa krumpira. Naznačene su sve raspoložive mjere borbe protiv korova (preventivne, mehaničke i kemijske). Tablično su prikazani herbicidni pripravci (sredstva) za suzbijanje korova primjenom nakon sadnje a prije nicanja krumpira (22 pripravka) i pripravci koji se primjenjuju nakon nicanja krumpira (19 pripravaka). U posebnoj tablici dana je relativna osjetljivost najčešće zastupljenih korova u krumpiru na dopuštene herbicide, primjenom nakon sadnja a prije nicanja i nakon nicanja krumpira.
