PREGRAĐIVANJE RO-RO BRODA

Abstract

Zbog velikog broja nesreća sa teškim posljedicama RoRo/putničkih brodova tijekom proteklih godina, organizacija IMO (International Maritime Organization) uvela je1990. godine nove propise radi povećanja sigurnosti tih brodova. Propisi za stabilitet u oštećenom stanju RoRo brodova temeljeni su na metodi vjerojetnosti koja kao mjeru sigurnosti broda za prebrođenje oštećenja uzima postignuti indeks pregrađivanja broda A koji mora biti od veći od zahtijevnog indeksa pregrađivanja R. U radu je opisana teoretska pozadina metode i statistika iz koje je izvedena. U radu su obrađena dva projekta nazvana RoRo Projekt 1 i RoRo Projekt 2 uz pomoć programskog sklopa GHS. U RoRo Projekt 1 varirana je osnovna podjela unutrašnjeg prostora broda (koja ne zadovoljava propise), da bi se dobila zadovoljavajuća podjela broda glede propisa stabiliteta u oštećenom stanju. Pri variranju podjele broda nije bitno povećana težina strukture niti smanjena nosivost, a time i ekonomska korisnost broda. Za zadovoljavajuću podjelu broda varirano je težište broda po visini i uspostavljena relacija indeksa pregrađivanja A prema promjeni težišta. RoRo Projekt 2 obrađen je na isti način kao i prethodni projekt samo bez variranja osnovne podjele broda jer ona u dobroj mjeri zadovoljava propise, a da nije smanjena ekonomska korisnost broda. Težište broda po visini varirano je na isti način kao i u RoRo Projekt 1. U radu je za oba projekta provjeren stabilitet broda sa 0.5 m vode na palubi garaže koju preporuča konferencija SOLAS 95, iako to po današnjim propisima nismo obavezni. Za brodove koji nemaju dovoljan stabilitet preporuka je da se uvedu pomične poprečne pregrade u prostoru tereta. Pri proračunu najveća pozornost pridana izbjegavanju nesimetrične naplave koja bitno ugrožava stabilitet broda u oštećenom stanju. Dobar način rješavanja ovog problema je onaj primjenjen u RoRo Projekt 2 sa direktnim spajanjem bočnih prostora kroz tunele u dvodnu koji je sigurniji i brži u izjednačavanju tekućine mora u bočnim prostorima od spajanja prostora cjevovodima. Obrađen je i utjecaj položaja kritičnih točki broda na proračun stabiliteta u oštećenom stanju.
