Start a new DMP in Loading
The project aims at identifying the barriers to stimulating circular solutions in public procurement and further developing opportunities for public procurement. Furthermore, the project will identify what changes in regulations, guidelines or guides/competences are needed to support public procurement as a tool for stimulating a circular economics. The Swedish Energy Agency estimates that the project has a large news value.
