<< Objectives >>Stream It Out aims to develop a training guide on the use of streaming, an innovative digital tool for youth workers. To achieve this, the three partners will devise, test and validate a training method that will enable 300 young people to learn about streaming, particularly those who are far removed from information. The method will be widely disseminated to organisations, youth workers, young people and institutions throughout the project.<< Implementation >>We will carry out research and experimentation to create a Beta method of training in the use of streaming by youth workers; the training will then be tested and validated through in-depth monitoring, and will lead to the publication of a final Training Guide. These operational activities will be supported by numerous management, evaluation and dissemination activities, enabling the partners to develop their skills and promote the use of this innovative tool.<< Results >>The project will enable youth organisations to train their workers in the use of an innovative digital method and broaden the scope of their beneficiaries. At the same time, the partners will develop their skills, knowledge and networks. Young people will be informed in a fun and direct way, bringing them closer to youth organisations. Young people who are furthest from information, sometimes referred to as ‘invisible’, will feel a particularly strong impact.
