"<< Objectives >>By implementing ""EmpowerFest: Empowering Youth Through Cultural Festivals"", we aim to empower disadvantaged youth by providing them with opportunities to actively participate in and organize inclusive cultural festivals. Our goal is to foster their confidence, skills, and sense of belonging, ultimately promoting social inclusion, community cohesion, and personal growth.<< Implementation >>The project provide a series of Study visits as platform for sharing good practices, discover local experience and stakeholder but also as an opportunities for workshops and training sessions with experts.The project activities include also organizing 3 cultural festivals by conducting a mentorship program for youth informal groups in organizing events, facilitating community engagement initiatives, implementing outreach and marketing campaigns.<< Results >>-Development of 3 mini cultural festivals;-Promotion of cultural diversity and youth entrepreneurship;-Stimulated community dialogue and engagement;-Implementation of 3 Study visits focused in sharing good practices in organizing accessible cultural events;-3 informal groups of young people trained for organising participatory festivals;-Increased capacity of 3 organization in their level of civicengagement and youth empowerment;-Grown Consortium Capacity to engage in future KA2 action."
