</script><< Objectives >>TCZ main objective is the innovation of adult education (especially museum and heritage education) by enhancing the capacity of their staff to make institutions more representative of current European societies, advocating a trans-national view on history and thus, contributing to greater social inclusion. 1. address the need to develop competences and new skills of participatory and intercultural approaches, 2. contribute to the better cohesion of Europe and enhanced social inclusion<< Implementation >>1. Develop and test training material and curriculum for professionals to engage with citizens in the interpretation, communication and presentation of cultural heritage2. Broadly implement a training to build capacity of cultural mediators (museum educators, socially engaged artists, curators, activists) to innovate the practices of the heritage sector. 3. develop sustainable relationships between professionals, audiences and stakeholders, via evolving technological and digital methods<< Results >>Staff of cultural and heritage spaces can implement new forms of activities that enhance cultural belonging. The project’s outputs such as curriculum, training material and trainings will improve their knowledge, skills and competences and empower them to innovate their offers towards dialogue-based and creative co-creation processes. This will lead to new concepts of presenting heritage in a dynamic way, e.g., telling stories through objects in a virtual environment and in exchange with others.
