<< Objectives >>The project focuses on the use of foresight methods in youth work with goals to: develop a manual and appropriate educational materials, conduct training for youth workers, encourage young people to actively participate in shaping the future, establish a digital community for developing future scenarios and policy recommendations, organize forecasting workshops for young people, thereby giving them tools to influence policies and programs, and strengthen abilities for predicting future trends.<< Implementation >>FYI Toolkit Creation and educational materialFYI Training for youth workers and Foresight Workshops for youthDigital Community Dissemination & Multiplier Events<< Results >>The project includes a multilingual foresight toolkit aimed at young people and the establishment of a digital community. A specialized training program for youth workers will be pilot tested with the aim of training at least 10 organizations. In 5 workshops, at least 100 young people will develop foresight skills. A report with policy recommendations will be published in 6 languages. The initiative will develop scenarios and timelines, aiming for 120 event participants and 2,000 online visitors
