<< Objectives >>The Mavens of Mindset project aims to bring together three small organizations from three countries and their experts of different fields and also from different cultural backgrounds to share their innovative tools and create a pack of cards that youth workers and educators can apply in their daily work in order to train and practice positive thinking and the growth mindset with youth groups of 13+ years old young people, also including those with fewer opportunities.<< Implementation >>During the 16 month implementation of the project the partnership will creatively collaborate through the Mavens of Mindset ideation & connections events and conduct Creative days in Madrid, resulting in the creation and sharing of the Mavens of Mindset Tools with high quality youth involvement. Through open events and piloting activities we aim for involvement of youth workers and young people to inform creative professionals work, and to produce a fun, innovative cardgame and online booklet.<< Results >>As a result of the Mavens Of Mindset project youth workers will have access to a new card game and a booklet that they apply in their daily work with young people in order to improve self-care”, “caring for others”, “growth mindset”, “powerful partners”, “sustainable well-being” and contibute to more inclusive youth communities, connecting, empowering and engaging also challenged young individuals. Throughout the project young people will play an expert role for advising the creative work.
