</script><< Objectives >>The overarching goal of this project is to enhance the professionalism of youth work practitioners in addressing the needs of diverse youth groups. We foster collaboration between educators and practitioners, facilitate the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application, empower youth workers to develop innovative approaches and activities, promote evidence-based practices in youth work and this strengthen the quality and recognition of youth work.<< Implementation >>We will engage in collaborative research, learning, analysis, and discussion, involving educators and youth workers. Together, we will support youth work practitioners in creating innovative activities and approaches tailored to diverse youth groups. We will support youth workers in researching and communicating their practice. Building upon our collaborative efforts we will develop guidelines and methodology for teaching youth work and diversity, as well as for researching and communicating it.<< Results >>Report comparing youth work programs, identifying underlying values and theoretical frameworks, with a focus on youth work with diverse young people. It includes literature review and educators narratives. Guidelines and Methodology for Teaching Youth Work and Diversity, developed through collaboration between educators and practitioners. Guidelines and Methodology for Developing, Researching, and Communicating Youth Work with Diverse youth groups.
