"<< Objectives >>The main objectives of INTERACTION project is to promote the eco-transformation of the creative sector towards a new modernized vision and to integrate sustainability and green growth into every aspect of the labor market. Thanks to education addressed to the key actors of this industry, will increase the flexibility of opportunities in vocational creative education and training. Central idea and ""vehicle of transport"", will be the European culture - heritage.<< Implementation >>• Academic & empirical research, Focus groups & Art cafes with our target groups to assess their needs.• Design & development of results.• Implementation, testing & evaluation of results.• Developing partnerships & appropriate conditions to strengthen our results.• Multiplicative actions - activities for dissemination.• Development of 5-year strategies, both for the integration of the results from the consortium and for the maintenance of our results & after the end of the grant.<< Results >>• One (1) educational entrepreneurial canvas, on sustainable creativity and circular economy issues.• One (1) VET-Framework of Key competences in creative industry.• One (1) interactive educational e-platform. • One (1) Short film about art-sustainability & European culture-heritage.• Six (6) Promotional campaigns.• Five (5) Asynchronous seminars.• Five (5) ""Artistic evenings"".• Four (4) Multiplier events & one (1) conference."
