"<< Objectives >>The aim is to create a highly developed movement programme for our children to fight against less and less exercise and obesity. The program is currently only available in Danish and can therefore only be used in Danish kindergartens. Another goal is to get as many kindergartens as possible to use this exercise programme. Finally, we will try to find sponsors in industry, commerce, banks and local authorities to support our idea.<< Implementation >>Translations of the lyrics and instructions into a national language suitable for children, audio recordings of the spoken instructions and songs, adaptation and discussions of the stories to national circumstances and recording of the spoken story, testing in kindergartens, distribution and the search for sponsors. Pupils can be trained to lead activities, design exercises, and guide younger participants.
