<< Objectives >>CROSSING PROTECT wants to:Build new skills for the partners of the Restorative Justice and of the Victim Support systems to work transnationally and across their sectors;Drive transformation and change by implementing a tailored and innovative peer-to-peer capacity building programme to create new working synergies between the two systems;Increase the quality in the work and practices of the partners by establishing a positive interaction and a systemic cooperation between the RJ/VS systems.<< Implementation >>Setting up of a cross-sectoral peer-learning community by mapping VS-RJ interactions and common training needs of operators when dealing with women victims of violence/crimes; Implementation of a blended capacity building programme of 60 hours made of online training hotspots and onsite training events;Piloting of the skills achieved by the joint elaboration of training outcomes through specific study groups;Promotion of the project results at EU level with networking activities.<< Results >>A transnational and cross-sectorial peer-learning community of adult learning practitioners focusing on the very specific target groups of women victims of violence/crime; The cross-sectorial map of the main skills and competences required to the RJ/VS operators working with the specific target group;The peer-to-peer capacity building programme for RJ/VS trainers;The common approach for training activities tools and roadmap for systemic cooperation between the RJ/VS systems.
