<< Objectives >>We aim to create new, quality learning materials that can be used by youth workers and organisations within the topic of entrepreneurship, especially in the following areas: creativity; resilience/adaptability; sustainable leadership/(de)growth mindset;communication/self branding; financial literacy. The materials will allow youth workers to give better support to young people to start their own business and in supporting them while maintaining sustainable enterprises.<< Implementation >>We will design e-learning materials including e-learning materials for youth workers, will implement a training course where youth workers design new workshops on the topic of entrepreneurship which then will be piloted by young people. Young people will also be involved in a mentoring process where they start working on their business ideas. The results of the activities will be shared during multiplier events and through dissemination activities.<< Results >>5 new e-learning materials will be created for youth workers on the topic of entrepreneurship for youth workers A workshop booklet will be available with 8 different activities on the topic that are designed for young people on the topics of creativity; resilience/adaptability; sustainable leadership/(de)growth mindset; communication/self branding; financial literacy.
