<< Objectives >>For creating inclusive VET as a bridge towards inclusive employment, it requires ongoing motivation and upskilling of VET professionals about all groups that are being discriminated, especially people with autism (ASD). Trainers and employers lack tools and in-dept understanding about autism. Therefore we aim to develop educational and motivational short-film and a practical training Toolbox for VET and labour market to become more adjusted and needs-based towards people with ASD. << Implementation >>The activities to be implemented≠ A1 - Project management which includes: coordination; reporting; monitoring and quality assurance; dissemination activities; exploitation.≠ A2 – Field Work carried out within qualitative interviews to identify: 1) needs, challenges of VET professionals; 2) needs and challenges of labour market towards becoming more inclusive; 2) needs and potential of people with ASD.≠ A3 – Production of short-film and training Toolbox for long-term impact in VET. << Results >>It is expected to:-Raise the awareness on Autism (neuro-diversity) at EU scale and motivate VET professionals and companies to implement more inclusive and sustainable practices towards people with ASD.-Improve VET Teachers' competencies on neuro-diversity, and equip them with needs-based, practical tools, manuals for self-reflection, learning and working with people with ASD.-Equip labour market representatives with practical tools - hiring manual - and other resources on ASD.
