</script>The project aims to strengthen the skills of local administrators, VET trainers, and non-profit organizations operating in rural areas to develop innovative models of participatory governance. Special attention is given to the inclusion of vulnerable groups, including NEET youth, women, and disadvantaged individuals, promoting more open, transparent, and effective decision-making processes in the management of local public services. The project is structured around four key specific objectives:1) Innovating VET pathways by enhancing the skills of trainers and local administrators, equipping them with practical tools for co-programming and co-designing public services in collaboration with institutions, businesses, and civil society. This will ensure more effective and sustainable shared management of essential services.2) Fostering the socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable groups, with a particular focus on women and NEET youth, by providing them with the competencies to become active players in local decision-making processes and the management of territorial services. Through targeted training, the project will create concrete opportunities for civic engagement and professional development.3) Strengthening cooperation among public entities, businesses, and civil society organizations, promoting innovative collaborative governance models that enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of essential services to community needs.4) Facilitating the exchange of experiences and best practices between EU and Western Balkan countries through international workshops, mobility programs for trainers and local administrators, and the creation of transnational cooperation networks. This will ensure the adaptability and scalability of participatory governance models, improving decision-making processes at both local and European levels.
