<< Objectives >>The objectives of the project are: (1) to raise awareness about importance of ethical representations; (2) to create a toolkit and training program to share good practices and innovative tools related; (3) to empower youth with less opportunities from various social and cultural groups; (4) to reduce prejudice and tackle discrimination and increase the quality of media and advocacy representations of various social and cultural groups.<< Implementation >>The implementation will consist of 5 phases of the project: (1) Management, (2) Preparation and Research phase (co-creation of methodology, desk research, sessions with youth from different vulnerable groups); (3) Development of the Toolkit (development the content, inclusive design, and online platform); (4) Adaptation and Testing of the Training Programs and Toolkit; (5) (5) Dissemination and Communication of the Project and its Results.<< Results >>We aim to create a toolkit and publish it in 5 languages (Lithuanian, Latvian, Spanish, Dutch, and English), develop and implement training program for for NGOs, media professionals, youth workers, social activists, and artists on an ethical and inclusive representations based on the toolkit in 4 countries as well as a transnational session for European young professionals.
