<< Objectives >>The AI Navigators project aims to boost AI literacy among 120 teachers from North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, and Belgium, fostering their ability to integrate AI into teaching. By training 20 AI Navigators and leveraging mentor-coaching, the initiative seeks to cultivate an educational environment that's innovative and open to AI technologies, thereby shaping future-ready classrooms.<< Implementation >>To realize our goals, we will develop a comprehensive AI competence model and produce e-learning materials, including at least 12 videos. The plan includes selecting 100 pilot teachers for AI integration training and executing a pilot phase in classrooms across the partner countries. Dissemination efforts will span informational meetings, social media engagement, and a final conference in Skopje to showcase project achievements.<< Results >>We anticipate equipping 120 educators (20 AI Navigators and 100 pilot teachers) with AI integration skills, creating a collaborative network among them across the partner countries. The project will generate a suite of AI-integrated lesson plans, positively shift perceptions towards AI in education, and ensure the broad dissemination of our innovative approach and its benefits to a wider educational community.
