<< Objectives >>Our project aims to enhance emotional well-being and inclusivity in adult education by equipping educators with mindfulness,ThetaHealing,and Shinrin-yoku techniques. Through adaptive sports, meditation,and nature-based therapies,we address PTSD and support individuals with disabilities. By fostering resilience and inclusivity,we aim to reduce educational abandonment,improve trainer-participant relationships,and promote sustainable,innovative learning environments across Europe<< Implementation >>We will implement 4 Learning, Teaching, and Training activities 1 will be a webinar :mindfulness and ThetaHealing workshops,adaptive sports training,and Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing).Activities include meditation, wheelchair basketball, seated volleyball,and outdoor mindfulness.Participants will create outputs like podcasts,relaxation videos,mind maps,and activity plans.These will be shared via webinars,social media,and local events to promote inclusivity and well-being in adult education<< Results >>We expect increased use of mindfulness and adaptive sports in adult education, reducing stress and improving well-being. Outcomes include a 10% drop in course abandonment, 10% fewer trainer-participant conflicts, and 5% of training moved outdoors. Tangible outputs: 6 activity plans, 3 podcasts, 2 game card sets, 2 relaxation video, and 3 mind maps. These will foster inclusivity, resilience, and environmental awareness across Europe
