<< Objectives >>- To raise the quality of youth work by integrating a gender perspective and developing a gender-sensitive critical attitude.- To strengthen the knowledge and competences of youth workers in the field of gender equality, gender stereotypes, gender discrimination and the intersection of gender with other personal circumstances (disability, religion, skin colour, etc.).- To strengthen youth organisations and organisations working with young people to integrate a gender perspective at all levels.<< Implementation >>We will start with identification of the reality of gender mainstreaming and develop a new training model, which will be published online in 4 languages and compiled in a handbook. We will make recommendations for organisations working with young people.We will develop a comic book for delivering messages on gender equality. We will design and print a board game. We will organise international training.We will carry out supporting awareness-raising activities - a campaign to raise awareness.<< Results >>- A newly developed online training on gender mainstreaming in youth work, published in 4 languages, which will be attended by at least 80 people- Pdf manual for youth workers with didactic tools for gender mainstreaming - Recommendations for youth organisations and organisations working in the youth field- A comic book for youth workers and young people on gender equality- 32 trained youth workers from 3 countries participating in an 5-day international blended training course in Italy
