<< Objectives >>The project aims to enhance the capacity of educators, teachers, volunteers and organisations in the quality of adult education for refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants. By developing evidence-based training modules for target populations we seek to create a collaborative learning environment, sharing best practices, research, and expertise to improve educational outcomes and facilitate community engagement, ultimately contributing to the holistic well-being and their successful integration.<< Implementation >>Activities include the design of contemporary, evidence-based trainings, curriculum and survey tools for professional development of educators, trainees, volunteers with modules pertaining to Culture & Gender, Integration & Empowerment, Teachers Curricula & Pedagogy and Connection to formal education. Additionally, training events in-person and online will be offered on the basis of the trainings created ensuring a continuous learning for interested teachers, educators, volunteers, educators.<< Results >>The project concretely expects to develop the aforementioned trainings, modules, curriculums, survey tools and documentation associated to the transferability of this newly attained knowledge. We anticipate through this project will improve educator awareness and skills, enhance learning experiences for students, and increase organisational capacity. Ultimately, we aim for higher-quality educational services, fostering inclusion, diversity, and empowerment within displaced communities.
