<< Objectives >>The general objective is to increase the self-guidance active citizenship skills of migrant youth living in marginalised contexts through the narrative orientation approach. Specific objectives:- marginalised migrant youth will acquire a proper personal vision and employability perspectives and will increase their sense of active citizenship through the promotion of local activities of social value - Youth workers will increase their capacity to support marginalised migrant youth<< Implementation >>The project expects the implementation of a set of activities that can be gathered in 4 macro-activities: - project management activities (budget control, time management, plan for handling risks)- design, implementation and testing activities to build the narrative-orientation career guidance portfolio. - design, implementation and testing activities to build the narrative-orientation participative handbook for active citizenship- dissemination activities aimed to promote project results<< Results >>The project expects the realisation of two practical results (outputs):- narrative-orientation career guidance portfolio: a portfolio based on the narrative orientation approach to develop self-guidance/orientation competences of migrant youth.- narrative-orientation participative handbook for active citizenship: collection of material, tools, activities that will allow youth workers in training active citizenship competences of marginalised migrant youth
