"<< Objectives >>The Edu4Impact project aims to promote the empowerment of educators and adult educators through the improvement of the provision of innovative training courses in the ADU sector; to do so, the project intends to deepen and implement Social Emotional Learning (SEL) techniques through the use of sports practice, as a tool for the inclusion of vulnerable individuals, enhancing the soft and emotional skills of professionals in ADU sector, as a tool useful in different areas of the third sector.<< Implementation >>The Edu4Impact project intends to implement 4 specific results:- A review and analysis of European practices and tools related to the use of SEL through sport for adult education;- The development of an e-learning course, in open source, for third-sector professionals involved in working with adults, to deepen socio-inclusive techniques through sports practice;- The testing of ""SEL through Sport"" practice and impact evaluation of the implemented activity.<< Results >>The Edu4Impact project, in terms of outcomes, aims to promote innovation in the ADU sector through the implementation of socio-inclusive tools based on sports practice, producing:- An enhancement of educational resources in the ADU sector;- An enhancement in the use of SEL techniques through sports for the inclusion of adults in vulnerable conditions;- An enhancement of the skills of adultiti educators, transferable to more social and action contexts."
