</script><< Background >>We applied for this project to address the need for more engaging and effective learning environments by integrating innovative teaching methods and digital tools into school education. Our partner schools work with students aged 14–18, many of whom are disadvantaged, and face challenges such as low proficiency in basic skills, lack of opportunities to use English, and limited teacher training in new methodologies. The project responds to the demands of the digital age by promoting methods that foster motivation, creativity, and 21st-century skills, aiming to reduce learning disadvantages and prevent early school leaving.<< Objectives >>The project aims to:- Share good practices to make teaching and learning more effective;- Create innovation- and education-oriented environments using drama, gamification, Web 2.0 tools, and project-based learning;- Increase teachers’ competence in innovative methodologies and their ability to integrate them into lessons;- Enhance students’ academic success, digital skills, language proficiency, creativity, and collaboration;- Promote a comprehensive approach to language teaching and learning; - Strengthen cross-border cooperation and institutional capacity through international exchange.<< Implementation >>Activities include a series of collaborative events and mobilities such as: Project Launch Events, Safe Internet Use campaign, Science Technology Week, Chess tournaments, Innovative Learning Methods and Techniques training in Romania, Web 2.0 Tools workshops, European Language Day, Code Week and Erasmus Day, Drama Event, and themed mobilities in Hungary (Kaposvari) and Bulgaria (Sofia and Kardzhali).. Additional thematic activities include Project-Based Learning sessions and Minecraft-based learning. Teachers and students will prepare interactive course content, games, drama lesson plans, digital materials, and a mobile application. Dissemination will be carried out via project websites, social media, E-twinning, local press, and stakeholder engagement.<< Results >>Concrete outputs included:- 136 interactive, collaborative course contents;- A mobile application with student-created digital materials;- Project magazine, posters, and website;- Drama-based and project-based lesson plans;- Digital games using multiple Web 2.0 tools;- Presentations, competitions, exhibitions, and online resources.Other results include increased teacher competence in innovative teaching, improved student academic performance, better language skills, enhanced digital readiness, and stronger collaboration between partner institutions. The project also fostered intercultural awareness, reduce early school leaving, and provide sustainable resources for future educational initiatives.
