<< Objectives >>The main objective of SustainaKit is to raise awareness in vocational educational training about waste in the cooking sector. VET education should be no exception to adapting to the changes needed to live without compromising the environment. The impact that cooking has on the preservation of the environment is fundamental, and we must seize the opportunity to create new educational proposals that train European students in the different paths towards a more sustainable Europe.<< Implementation >>The activities proposed by SustainaKit are completely linked to sustainability, responsible consumption and the use of KM0 products. SustainaKit is going to develop the creation of a Handbook for teachers and students where they can learn the theoretical aspects. A toolkit for both targets where they can put into practice what they have learned previously, and finally, they will implement these contents on a website so that they are available to anyone who needs them.<< Results >>The project will produce a Handbook and a Toolkit to incorporate sustainability and responsible consumption in VET education. All results will be available in an open website, and they will be produced in English, Slovak, Italian, Greek and Spanish. The expected outcome is to generate a climate of awareness about sustainability, climate change and responsible consumption among the VET network, especially students.
