<< Objectives >>The EcoEd project envisions a future where young people are equipped with the energy and climate literacy needed to make informed decisions and drive sustainable change. Through innovative, action-oriented educational methodologies, EcoEd empowers students aged 15-18 with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to address the climate crisis effectively and equip teachers with innovative tools and methodologies to effectively integrate energy and climate topics into their teaching.<< Implementation >>The main activities we will implement are:●Development of Manual for teachers and Material Development, for quick integration into the classroom●Development of train-the-trainer program, toolkit for educators/teachers and student workshops●LTTA to test and improve training material●ECOEd OER platform●Pilot testing in schools in every country●Creating videos with successful stories●Organising Local workshops/campaigns to train-the-trainers●Multiplier events and final conference<< Results >>Main results:-Eco Ed Manual & Lesson Plans-Teacher Training Toolkit-LTTA for teachers-Pilot testing for teachers & students workshops-OER Platform-Dissemination activities and eventsMain outcomes:-Increased climate and energy literacy among students -Increased STEM engagement-Enhanced teacher knowledge and skills -Greater public awareness through dissemination efforts and awareness campaigns.-Stronger stakeholder networks, fostering continued collaboration and policy impact.
