By educating future healthcare professionals to make decisions together, the project will make an effective contribution to significantly improving the quality of care provided, which in turn will lead to beneficial outcomes for patients.<< Implementation >>The project aims to set up a Community of Practice (CoP) to promote the exchange of knowledge between experts (higher education and professionals) from different care sectors. The work of the CoP will then be used to develop a learning continuum, which will be implemented and tested with teachers and students at bachelor's and master's level. Finally, we will disseminate the results by implementing a dissemination plan aimed at deploying the results on a large scale in Europe.<< Results >>1. The development and training of a permanent Community of Practice of European experts in collaborative clinicalreasoning processes, from different healthcare sectors.2. The creation of a learning continuum comprising the relevant teaching units for the bachelor's and master's levels, and allthe course material.3. The mobilisation of educational players in the care sector around the RCC theme and the updating of the practices ofthe teachers concerned.
