</script><< Objectives >>The project aims to raise awareness of e-sports as a valuable non-formal tool for youth work. Additionally, it seeks to empower young people by providing them with knowledge about organizing e-sports events. This includes teaching them the necessary skills and offering opportunities for them to plan and execute their own events.<< Implementation >>1. Visiting e-sports events such as Assembly Winter 2025 in Finland and GameON in Lithuania. 2. Online training program for youth and professionals working with them.3. Organizing e-sports events as a part of this project in Tartu and Lithuania (Kaunas or Vilnius). 4. Putting together a manual about organizing an e-sports event5. Workshops for professionals working with youth both in Estonia and Lithuania.<< Results >>A manual that is available to use for anyone who is interested in using e-sports as a tool for non-formal learning/teaching.An e-sports events both in Estonia and Lithuania that is successfully organized and continues as a regular event for youth.Participants have knowledge about e-sports that they can teach to others.
