<< Objectives >>We aim to bolster collaboration among five educational entities, establish a solid Community of Practice, co-design innovative educational initiatives, and fortify our European cooperation.<< Implementation >>Activities include promoting best practices exchange for knowledge enhancement, co-creating solutions addressing primary & secondary education challenges, preparing a successor project, and ensuring widespread dissemination of project outcomes.<< Results >>We anticipate improved collaborative excellence, the development of Joint Innovative Education Concepts, preparation for subsequent Erasmus+ applications, and heightened visibility and impact of our methodologies, outcomes, and insights at the EU level.
