Multidyscyplinarne uczenie się i różne podejścia do edukacji w szkole podstawowej

Description

<< Background >>The project was initiated in response to the need to enrich everyday teaching practices with new, inspiring approaches to education in primary school, as well as to strengthen teachers’ competencies in teamwork, interdisciplinary methods, and intercultural cooperation. There was also a clear need to open the school more broadly to international collaboration, the exchange of good practices, and the active inclusion of pupils, including those with learning difficulties and disabilities, in projects aimed at developing their social, language, and civic competences. The project also responded to the need to build lasting relationships with other European schools and to create a friendly, open educational environment based on cooperation, tolerance, and shared values. A key enabling factor for the implementation of the project was the possibility of funding collaboration and mobility costs through the Erasmus+ programme. Without this support, the implementation of activities on such a scale—including international pupil mobilities—would not have been feasible. The programme created real conditions for meaningful European cooperation and the introduction of valuable changes in the functioning of the participating schools.<< Objectives >>The aim of the project was to enrich the didactic work of primary schools by introducing diverse educational approaches based on international cooperation and the exchange of teachers’ experiences. We aimed to:- improve the quality of teaching by discovering and implementing new methods of working with pupils,- develop teachers’ competences in interdisciplinary teaching, teamwork, and intercultural communication,- build lasting partnerships between schools from different European countries based on mutual learning and collaboration,- actively include pupils, including those with disabilities and learning difficulties, in educational activities carried out in an international context,- increase pupils’ motivation to learn and develop key competences, particularly social and language skills,- promote shared European values such as openness, cooperation, respect for diversity, and civic engagement. The project also aimed to develop skills in planning and managing international projects, and to prepare schools for continued participation in the Erasmus+ programme.<< Implementation >>1. History of the Jews, the HolocaustAn educational programme on the history of the Jews and the Holocaust was developed, aimed at students in grades 7–8 of primary schools.
