<< Objectives >>The main project's objectives are:-increasing the quality of work and practices of the organizations involved;-promoting the development of European networks between organizers of independent cultural events and festivals;-contributing to digital and sustainable (environmental, economic and social) innovation and transformation and improve their transnational capacity of European festival organizers and cultural operators.<< Implementation >>The project activities are divided into five macro-categories:- project management, implementation and monitoring activities (for the entire duration of the project);- communication and dissemination activities (for the entire duration of the project);- learning workshops on the following topics: audience development, festival sustainability, digital skills;- output: digital platform and toolkit development;- multiplier events.<< Results >>The main project outputs are:- development of a digital platform for the promotion of European independent festivals, emerging artists and territories;- development of guidelines for innovation, digital transformation and sustainable growth of European cultural operators (toolkit).
