</script>"<< Objectives >>The REM project aims to enhance crowdfunding skills and competences among local administrators, as a viable tool for decent job creation, participatory social innovation, as well as boost to sustainable financial planning and entrepreneurship in rural and remote municipalities within the European Union. The initiative embraces and promotes the Osnabrück Declaration principles, the Long-Term Vision for EU’s rural areas, as well as the European Commission's Rural Pact objectives.<< Implementation >>The project is going to implement the development and piloting of a 20-hours ""Crowdfunding proficiency for local administrators"" c-VET programme, covering specialised information, both theoretical and practical, aimed at enhancing crowdfunding skills and competences of local administrators. A transnational learning mobility in Spain and a multi-actor multiplier event in Italy will complement the initiative, promoting sustainable development and boosting rural communities' just transition.<< Results >>Blended Open Educational Resources innovating VET, as well as a transnational learning mobility, will support the continuous professional development of local administrators on the subject of crowdfunding applied to community development in rural and remote areas in the European Union. At the end of the initiative, learners and trainers involved will be able to get inspiration from virtuous practices and apply new methodologies on the subject. A follow up strategy will ensure sustainability."
