<< Objectives >>The project has three objectives:1: Understand barriers for youth rural entrepreneurship and gather European solutions2: Promote cross-national cooperation between rural young people in Europe to find common solutions to environmental challenges3: Leverage on digital tools to enhance the support that youth workers can provide to young people in rural areas to develop green businesses.<< Implementation >>Starting with a needs analysis of young people, we will exchange good practices about rural youth enterpreunership, creating engaging videos. Then, the partners will organise international job shadowing for rural youth, to learn more about business management in other EU countries and find ways to overcome their challenges. Finally, we will deliver an online seminar for youth workers to build their capacity to support youth enterpreunership as tool to promote Europe's green transition.<< Results >>- Engaging videos about youth rural entrepreunership leverage on peer learning to support young people in starting their own business and overcome common challenges;- 12 young people from rural areas have stronger business knowledge and confidence to start their own business;- 30 youth workers have stronger knowledge and capacity to support the green transition of European rural areas through youth enterpreunership.- The participating organisations are more active in the European network.
