<< Objectives >>CyberHER aims to reduce the gender gap in the IT sector, with a focus on cybersecurity, by providing specialised training, mentoring and job opportunities to young women. Through this initiative, we seek to empower participants with key digital skills and foster their integration into the technology labour market. It also seeks to teach trainers to generate enthusiasm and encourage young women to join this field.<< Implementation >>CyberHER will be implemented through four activities, virtual and face-to-face. Activity 1 will lay the foundations of the project and the transnational cooperation. Activity 2 will create the training content based on non-formal education methodologies. Activity 3 will be used to implement all the material created through virtual meetings and a large face-to-face event. The last activity will carry out the communication and dissemination of results.<< Results >>CyberHER will empower 60 young women with cybersecurity and leadership training, increasing their employability in the IT sector. A female mentoring network and a ‘Job Opportunities Guide’ will be created to guide participants in their professional development. In addition, 20 educators will be trained to foster inclusion in STEM and a practical handbook will be developed. In the long term, the project will contribute to reducing the gender gap in technology.
